Our stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with stunning views and spacious rooms. While the pool area is definitely a highlight, the service left a lot to be desired, with slow responses and communication issues. Our experience with the laundry and restaurant staff was also disappointing. Overall, it was a nice stay, but improvements in service would make a big difference.
